YTRADE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Positions: 05 Interns - Account Management / Supply Chain / Merchandising

Duration: 6 months (full-time preferred)

Target: 3rd–4th year students or fresh graduates in Foreign Trade, International Business, Import-Export, E-commerce, Logistics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Depending on your track, you will join one or more of the following:

1. Account Management Intern

• Support managing partners’ accounts on Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and web stores.

• Monitor key metrics: sales, inventory, pricing, rankings, campaign performance.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and basic action proposals.

• Join internal and client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

2. Supply Chain / Operations Intern

• Track production, packing, booking, and shipment status with factories and forwarders.

• Support inventory checks, demand forecast, purchasing/shipping plans.

• Maintain and update operation files, SOPs, and shipment trackers.

• Coordinate with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners when needed.

3. Merchandising / Product Research Intern

• Conduct market and product research for US/EU marketplaces.

• Benchmark competitors on pricing, specs, reviews, and value propositions.

• Support building product documentation: keyword sets, briefs for content and images.

• Propose new product opportunities based on data and research

REQUIREMENTS

• Major in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, E-commerce, Logistics, International Business, Economics or related fields.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn by doing. Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, basic formulas; pivot is a plus).

• Able to read and understand English documents (reports, listings, reviews). Willing to occasionally visit factories when needed (plus, not mandatory).
