• BUSINESS DATA ANALYST

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on and growth-minded Data Analyst who is willing to learn, build, and grow together with the company.

This role will be involved from the early stage of building the data foundation from zero, including data structure, reporting logic, dashboards, KPI tracking, and business performance analysis.

You will work closely with management and business teams to transform raw data into reliable reports, dashboards, and insights that support business strategy, planning, KPI management, and performance-based bonus implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analytics Foundation

• Support the company in building the data warehouse and analytics platform from the initial stage.
• Work with management and business teams to understand current data sources, reporting needs, and business priorities.

• Identify data issues, missing data, inconsistent logic, or reporting gaps.
• Support data ingestion and transformation processes to ensure business data is ready for analysis.
• Data Platform & Engineering:
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of the Data Architecture for the company.
  • Ensure data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses are scalable, reliable, and performance-optimized.

2. Planning & KPI Implementation

• Support in setting business strategies based on data and performance insights.
• Build KPI tracking frameworks to measure business performance and team performance.
• Support the design, calculation, and implementation of KPI-based bonus schemes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Willing to build the company’s data warehouse and analytics platform from zero.
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage data environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data transformation, cleansing, and ingestion.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory is preferred.
• Familiarity with BI architecture and data warehouse concepts.
• Ability to document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPI calculation rules.
