ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the Project Owner responsible for the performance and growth of assigned Partners across Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Web. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate multi-teams and manufacturers to deliver consistent business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the main contact and project owner for assigned Partners, ensuring revenue growth, operational health, and long-term performance.
• Plan and manage account strategy, business plan, and cashflow forecast for each Partner.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Advertising, Product Development, Manufacturers, and Vendors to deliver targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze on-site/off-site data, execute market research, monitor competitors, identify insights, and drive actionable strategies.
• Conduct regular Partner communications, performance reviews, reports, and business review meetings.
• Identify risks early and propose clear mitigation plans to ensure account stability and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Supply Chain, or User Growth in a tech or digital platform.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
• Advanced data analysis capability, fluent in Excel/Google Sheets (lookup, pivot, modeling, dashboards).
• Comfortable visiting and working on-site with manufacturers across different cities.
• Confident in client-facing discussions; able to explain insights clearly and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and strong sense of ownership.
• Good English reading comprehension for trend reports, category insights, and market materials.
